Enfant du quartier Vauban – où se situe son adresse – la jeune entrepreneuse propose au coeur d’une enveloppe au charme brutaliste pensée avec son cousin et architecte @raphaelbesbar une « cuisine alternative », qu’il est possible de déguster tout en feuilletant un livre et en terminant l’expérience du repas par l’achat d’un produit issu de l’épicerie fine.
