Marble and travertine are soft, porous natural stones that require special care and attention. We recommend that you use coasters and placemats in your daily life to prevent any contact with acidic, greasy, or liquid substances, as well as cleaning products etc. If the stone comes into contact with any of the above items, be sure to clean your tabletop as soon as possible to prevent the stone from absorbing any material. To remove light stains, moisten a soft cloth with lukewarm water and gently wipe away any stains or spills. If the stain remains despite this treatment, we recommend that you use a product suitable for the care of marble and travertine to remove any traces of grease or liquid that have been absorbed by the stone. Each tabletop is protected by a water-repellent treatment, which we advise you to reapply once a year. These products are available in hardware stores and specialist shops. Use a low-powered vacuum cleaner for daily maintenance (be careful not to vaccum against the grain). If a stain is present, remove it before it penetrates the wool with a commercial stain remover. For more information on how to care for your carpet, please refer to the enclosed instructions.

In-Home Delivery:

Includes two-man service, placement in a room of your choice and removal of packaging. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a call to arrange a 2-hour delivery time frame from Monday to Friday.

The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on the destination address, the weight and size of items.

Depending on your delivery country, in-home delivery may not be possible. If this is the case, please contact our support team. We will be happy to assist you in the shipping process.

For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs fees will be charged to the delivery address and will be requested at the time of the delivery.

If some products are made to order, your order will be dispatched according to the shipping time of the most distant product, when all products are available.
