In-Home Delivery:
Includes two-man service, placement in a room of your choice and removal of packaging. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a call to arrange a 2-hour delivery time frame from Monday to Friday.
The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on the destination address, the weight and size of items. Please ensure that your packaged items can fit through the doorway and staircase before confirming your order. If special access conditions require the use of specific equipment, such as a lift or a hoist, any additional costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be charged in addition to the product price and delivery fees displayed on the website.
Depending on your delivery country, in-home delivery may not be possible. If this is the case, please contact our support team. We will be happy to assist you in the shipping process.
For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs fees will be charged to the delivery address and will be requested at the time of the delivery.
Shipping time:
As part of our sustainable production approach, our collections are produced in small quantities or made to order.
If all the products in your order are in stock, they will be sent within 3 working days.
If some products are made to order, your order will be dispatched according to the shipping time of the most distant product, when all products are available.
Returns:
At The Socialite Family, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order.
We kindly ask that you return the products to us properly protected and in their original packaging, in new and unused condition. They must be in perfect condition for resale.
