Glass Walls: Let the Light in

What an exciting, promising season for the new collection by The Socialite Family! We couldn’t wait any longer to unveil the new creations that our design studio has come up with. So, one Friday, we decided to head for the artist’s studio of our friend, Nicolas Lefebvre, to immortalise the pieces that you’re about to discover in this article. It made sense for us to create an entire living room and think carefully about creating a matching pair for our iconic Cavallo chair: the hotly anticipated Cavallo bench. It was also an opportunity to deepen our collaboration with Italian craftspeople in the province of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. In a similar vein of making the most of these men and women’s skills and expertise, The Socialite Family is also launching its limited edition Shaman, created on the basis of designs by the l’École Nationale des Arts Décoratifs for the fabric manufacturer, Pierre Frey, offering both luxury and freedom of choice. It features his favourite illustration, decorating the printed face of his Bomboloni and the cushion of his Cavallo chair. It represents both a unique way to bring a personal piece of artwork to live, as well as proving that the soul of a painting or a sculpture does not need to be constrained to a wall hanging! And let’s not forget how much potential there is in our floors. That’s why we’re proud to announce or production of rugs that originate in Morocco’s Central Atlas Mountains with a simple aim: to make interiors more colourful and more special with an alternative to fitted carpets. Three sizes – including one square size – and four bold, exclusive colours with a unique thickness that feels amazing underfoot: say no more! Now it’s your turn to discover what we have in store.
