A piece of theatre. Three acts. This is the decorative scenario that The Socialite Family wants to share with you this year through creations designed to brighten up your festive season… but that’s not all. So, let’s set the scene!
We’ll begin with the costumes. Limited editions of our Bomboloni round cushion and our Gioia table lamp. While the former features a precious motif in cotton and lurex yarns running through its four variations, the latter’s lampshade is covered in a fabric with a shiny, tweedy look, which produces changing golden reflections. Details that remind us of some of the great names in haute couture can be found in the curves of our Matteo perforated metal tray and our Domino ceramic collection. And even in the facets of our Chiara glass vase. A new repertoire that has in common a love of colour, patterns and materials. Names that are not afraid to surprise, and to carry you off, far away. Further away than you can imagine! Where only our ideal luggage set, composed of our travel bag and our Andrea calfskin suede belt bag, could go with you. To begin this transition, let’s proceed with the second part of the celebrations. The atmosphere. And, more precisely, the emotion that evokes it. What we touch, smell, and see. A perfect synthesis of what our first signature fragrance is all about: the sublime Panarea candle. “The story of a volcanic island off the coast of Sicily. A legend that titillates your senses and ends up enveloping you…” developed by Constance Gennari, the founder and artistic director of The Socialite Family. We’ve set the tone. You’re in good shape and ready to shine! And for that, we can help you create your lighting. Warm, enveloping. Glowing in the light from our Candela candle holder. An object, like many in this collection, singular in its plurality. Sometimes holding a candle, sometimes a tea light, this geometric design can also be used in concert with others, and transformed into a sculpture. Setting the scene on your Christmas table, as well as on the other 364 days in the calendar.
Because the idea of our little play is, above all, for you to have fun enhancing its scenery by treating others (or yourself!) to these accessories that celebrate the art of living. On with the show!
