You know the Cavallo armchair in natural cane and black lacquered beech? Then you will be...
The first piece to be released as part of The Socialite Family Design Studio’s own collection, the Spectre wall light is a signature luminaire by Marika Dru. Formerly an architect with the MKD studio, it is with her that we have long envisioned The Bureau, the luxury co-working space. To avoid the potentially impersonal feel of a place like this, and to impart an intimate club-like atmosphere, the Parisian designer decided to work with light as her priority. The Spectre wall light is her signature. She created it specially. To bring perspective and depth to the location, Marika Dru chose to work in a vertical plane for her wall light. Long, cylindrical and incredibly modern; inspired by childhood memories from “La Fabricà“, the workshop and home of the illustrious Ricardo Bofill. Its brushed brass finishes add elegance to its radical, contemporary line. The Spectre wall light evokes a lively interplay between past and present. An industrial look, for modern use. Certainly quite timeless. A unique wall light that is part of The Socialite Family‘s DNA; available in two sizes (50cm and 80cm).

Brass brings sophistication which contrasts with the purely "utilitarian" task of neon by transforming it into a chic and timeless lamp.
